To limit unnecessary exposure, only emergency work orders for the following maintenance requests will be processed until further notice:
• Fire • Flood • Building Damage • No water • No hot water • Clogged drains and leaks • Sparking outlet • Non-flushing toilet •

This form is for current residents only. Work requests are typically processed within forty-eight (48) hours and we will contact you to inspect your unit and schedule any necessary repairs. For any item requiring immediate attention, please call 203-881-0863, ext. 3 and leave a detailed message with your name, apartment number, the best method to reach you and a description of your maintenance request. This line is for emergency maintenance requests ONLY, such a plumbing leak. In the event of an accident, injury, medical emergency or suspected criminal activity, please call 911.
